This huge volcano is the third highest peak in Chile, it is located in one of the most beautiful valleys in the central zone, and the remote of this mountain makes it very attractive to mountaineers, who search places with not many people and a touch of unexplored. Tupungato is the highest southern mountain in Aconcagua. From its summit it is possible to appreciate the majesty of the Andes range and many of the peaks which build it.
