Terms and Conditions
Reservation

The easiest way to book for a trip is by filling and following all steps in the Reservation Form and paying by credit card, bank deposit or money transfer.

For a reservation to become active you need to pay US $500 per person ( do not forget to mention the names of the people). Once the first payment has been done we send you a confirmation. Our trips are usually full between November and March so we suggest that you book as soon as possible (the maximum number of people per trip is 8 ).

The final payment can be done 15 days in advance or on day 0 of the expedition.
Ways to pay
  1. By Credit Card, calling our office in Chile
  2. Sending Money by a Bank or money transfer via Western Union or Chilexpress.
  3. Bank Deposit in our Bank Account at BCI Bank,

Canceling
Any request for a refund will have to be done in a written form by mail or fax.Depending on the canceling date, the following are the percentages that will be returned to you:

More than 90 days 100% of the reservation
Between 90 and 40 days 50% of the reservation
Less than 40 days  

No refund but you can change the date for a future trip , depending on the availability.

We remind you that the final payment can be done 15 days before the trip or on day 0 of your trip.
Travel Insurance
We not only strongly recommend you but it is also a  requirement that you have travel insurance . The insurance must cover trekking, climbing, horse riding, sea kayak and any outdoor activity. It must also cover air rescue, remember that we travel to remote places, where a doctor can be days away.
 
Complaints and Refunds
We do our best to provide our costumers with the best service and we plan our logistics in order to follow our Schedule. It might happen that after a trip you may not be satisfied with a specific aspect of it and in that case you can make a written complaint and send it by mail or fax. You will have 30 days to do that and once we receive your complaint we will get in touch with you.
