Nicolás is a professional chef who has worked in several restaurants in Santiago, apart from his professional practice in Barcelona, España. He is now the general manager of a Restaurant in El Bosque, Santiago. His love for nature and adventure motivates him to travel with us during the summer. It is a challenge for him to provide delicious dishes under any circumstances and weather condition.
