Fernanda is a graphic designer, snowboard instructor and a chef. She is in love with southern Chile, horses and outdoor life and this has led her to participate in the “Desafío de los Volcanes” race (The Volcanoes Challenge) that takes place every year in the south of our country. Her passion for snow has taken her to USA, Europe and New Zealand with the aim of developing skills in her favorite sport.

Her keen interest for traveling and her taste for good food has taken her all along the country looking for recipes and typical dishes, the result is an exquisite personal touch in her dishes.
