We cook twice a day (break fast and dinner), we provide abundant and delicious march snack. For lunch we usually have something easy to make and we choose a beautiful place to eat our meals. Our menu combines the best of the local production and international food, thus making an interesting and nutritional combination.
Breakfast is always abundant and rich in calories, a typical breakfast includes pancakes, cereals, eggs with bacon or mushrooms, dry fruits, honey, coffee or tea, home made bread and wholegrain cookies.
Lunch is easy to make, we usually have sandwiches or tacos you can fill with avocado, tomatoes, salami, smoked salmon, lettuce and other vegetables as well as fruits, chocolate and plenty of liquids. |

Our most important meal is dinner, this is the moment to celebrate the day. In many of our trips we use wood for our cooking fire and we enjoy some cheese, wine or a Pisco sour as we wait for the food to be ready.
We understand the pleasure of eating delicious and abundant food while traveling in wild nature so we enjoy providing good food to our passengers under any circumstance or on any landscape. Many of our trips include lamb barbecues or “curanto “(a typical dish which includes shell fish, chicken, meat and potatoes) but we are always ready to give vegetarians a treat so we can always serve you delicious vegetables.
We have a cook in most of our trips who will take care of all details for our nutrition so we ask you to tell us in advance about any special need you may have, for example if you are vegetarian or if you cannot eat any specific food. It is important that you tell us in advance because some food may take a bit longer to get such as flour free or sugar free products. |
