FAQ's

What kind of facilities will I be able to use during the trip?
Depending on the trip you choose you will be sleeping in tents, shelters, lodges, hotels or the home of settles.  We have state of the art camp gear and we use equipment that guarantee comfort and safety for our passengers (see Miralejos Equipment). We use 3 or 4 stars hotels and we also choose the best option available. In most trips we include the cost of the hotel for day 0 and the last day of the trip and if you still want a better hotel, you can pay for the price difference.

What do I need to take?

Who are the guides?

Since we believe a guide can make a big difference in a trip, we choose people who love nature, respect  local culture and who are professional guides. Therefore our guides know about the flora, fauna, geology, glaciology and history.
They all have done professional courses on first aid and the specific outdoor activity they guide, such as mountain climbing, kayak or trekking. After working with us during the high season, they climb mountains, do personal expeditions or travel to know different places in the world. If you want to know more about our guides, see Staff.
